Gift cards

Gift cards can be purchased and pre-loaded with a value of your choice between £20-£100 within The Winter Spa Carlisle.

Rather than a voucher that can be easily damaged or lost, our personalised Gift Cards come complete with a computer chip programmed with each cards unique details and value, beautifully presented and sealed to make the perfect gift. Whenever any value is used on any card, the card also logs “loyalty points” to enable the receiver to earn something back-truly, the perfect gift!

Loyalty Cards & Points

As you spend, why not earn something back?! From discounts on services to money off our fabulous products, each unique Loyalty Card will automatically keep track of your points every time you visit. Join the scheme to reap the rewards!

For loyalty points and values please refer to the table below;

Current Loyalty Points Values as of 01/02/2015

Loyalty Card Bonus Points

10 points = 10% off any Aromatic Massage

20 points = 10% off any Manicure or Pedicure

30 points = 10% off any Retail Product

40 points = 10% off any Hair Cutting Service or any Make Up Service

50:50 Club

Collect 50 points and use them for the following;

50% off a LeRemedi Intensive Hand Therapy Manicure with any Facial

50% off a Make-Up Session with any Hair Service

50% off any Massage with any Scrub

50% off a Any Service when booking A New Customer To The Winter Spa for the same service at the same time (Recommend A Friend)

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions;

The Winter Spa reserves the right to alter the Loyalty Card scheme at any time.
The Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The Loyalty Card must be presented at the point of payment.
The Loyalty Card has no cash value.
Treat your Loyalty Card as if it were cash, The Winter Spa cannot be held responsible for any loss of cards or damage and once lost, all points are null and void.
Only one Loyalty Card can be issued per customer, replacement cards will be subject to a fee.
Loyalty Cards are only redeemable against full price products & services at The Winter Spa.
Loyalty Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment unless against the services listed below.
No change or cash alternative will be given.
The Loyalty Card will expire 6 months from date of last load, e.g. card activation, top-up or refund. At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost.
Loyalty Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Please protect this Loyalty Card and treat it as cash. The Winter Spa cannot be held liable for Loyalty Cards which, once activated, are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged.
If any product purchased with a Gift Card is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be added to the balance on the Gift Card.
Customers must be present with the Loyalty Card in order to receive discounts in the spa.
The Winter Spa reserves the right to refuse to accept a Loyalty Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
The Winter Spa reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Loyalty Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).

COVID-19 UPDATE

At present, gift cards that have been issued with expiry dates that fall into the lockdown period will be extended by the amount of time we are not offering a full menu of services. As we cannot offer beauty treatments at present we will be extending gift card expiry dates by the amount of time until we can.

The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
Gift Cards can be activated with a minimum value of £20 in the spa and have a maximum value limit of £100. Gift Cards can be topped up in the spa to the maximum value limit.
Gift Cards are only redeemable for services at The Winter Spa.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase electrical items or retail products.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers or financial services.
Gift Cards cannot be used for mail order purchases.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment on Recognition Card accounts.
No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
